Event Package A

This covers my time shooting your event as well as the time it will take me to edit your images. Time editing does not count as time for the event. For example, if your event is 5pm to 9pm, you will be charged for 4 hours, or $200 total.

An additional $20 gas fee will be assessed if the venue is over 30 miles from my home. I live in the Akron/Canton area.

You are guaranteed full delivery within 60 days of your event. You can have up to 5 images delivered within 14 days with expedited delivery at no additional charge. If you want these images guaranteed sooner, we can negotiate a price for delivery as soon as possible for up to 5 images.

Same day delivery would be the goal of delivery as soon as possible, but that may or may not be feasible depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to distance to venue, time of the event, and pre-existing obligations. In that event, the photos will be delivered as soon as possible.

It is my goal to provide you with pictures you love the first time but, if there are several images that you would like edited in a different way, you can request up to 5 re-edits at no additional charge. Anything beyond that will require extra payment. 

You will get a "highlight reel" of the best images of the night. This includes full event coverage, including important moments as specified by our agreed-upon shot lists, but it may not include every high-quality image beyond what was discussed beforehand or deemed important by the photographer. These are the best of the best images, chosen by the photographer to reflect the most important moments of the even and the best quality pictures of those moments.

The number of images delivered is dependent on the quality and quantity of images taken. The maximum number of images you can expect is 100 images delivered, but it may be less than that depending on a variety of factors. 

Most of the images will be candids of guests, decorations, and the venue, but additional images can be added to the shot list during the planning phase as well as during the event. Other types of images, such as posed portraits, are acceptable.
