Event Package C

$100 per hour of the event

This covers my time shooting your event as well as the time it will take me to edit your images. Time editing does not count as time for the event. For example, if your event is 5pm to 9pm, you will be charged for 4 hours, or $400 total.

Gas Fee

An additional $20 gas fee will be assessed if the venue is over 30 miles from my home. I live in the Akron/Canton area.

Delivery Guarantees

You are guaranteed full delivery within 60 days of your event. You can have up to 25 images delivered within 14 days with expedited delivery at no additional charge. In this package, up to 8 images are eligible for delivery as soon as possible at no extra charge.

Same day delivery would be the goal of delivery as soon as possible, but that may or may not be feasible depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to distance to venue, time of the event, and pre-existing obligations. In that event, the photos will be delivered as soon as possible.

Re-edits

It is my goal to provide you with pictures you love the first time but, if there are several images that you would like edited in a different way, you can request up to 25 re-edits at no additional charge. Anything beyond that will require extra payment. 

Images Guaranteed

You will get extra images beyond what would appear in the "highlight reel" as well as an option for video coverage for pre-discussed key moments. You will also get a video presentation of the best images and videos collected during the event.

The number of images delivered is dependent on the quality and quantity of images taken. The maximum number of images you can expect is 175 images delivered, but it may be less than that depending on a variety of factors. Video recordings also cannot be guaranteed for spontaneous events not previously cleared with the photographer. While every effort will be made to capture such moments, the video may be incomplete or lacking in quality if the photographer was not given adequate warning to capture it.

Types of Images

Most of the images will be candids of guests, decorations, and the venue, but additional images can be added to the shot list during the planning phase as well as during the event. Other types of images, such as posed portraits, are acceptable.
